Property Manager for Hotel

Are you a handy problem solver who is passionate about service and wants to work in an environment where the guest is always the focus? We are now looking for a property manager for our hotel – an important role to ensure that our guests have a safe, well-functioning, and pleasant stay.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing maintenance of the hotel’s properties, rooms, and common areas

• Troubleshooting issues such as lighting, sanitation, ventilation, locks, and furniture

• Supervision and maintenance of technical systems

• Quick handling of service requests and urgent repairs

• Coordination of contractors and suppliers

• Safety rounds and documentation of actions taken

• Seasonal work such as snow removal, outdoor maintenance, and basic gardening

• Painting and carpentry work as needed

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in property service and/or working in a hotel environment

• Is technically inclined and solution-oriented

• Has excellent knowledge of both Swedish and English (required)

• Is service-oriented with a professional demeanor

• Thrives in a role with varied tasks and a fast pace

• Holds a valid driver's license (required)
